Operator Convenience: Needle Positioner & Pneumatic Functions

To support high-volume production and reduce operator fatigue, the SW-4420-L25 includes:

• Needle positioner – automatically stops the needle up or down, making it easier to pivot, align corners and restart seams.
• Pneumatic presser foot lifter – lift the presser foot just by pressing the pedal backward, instead of reaching for a lever, speeding up handling of thick and bulky materials.
• Pneumatic reverse function – engage reverse with a convenient button near the needle area, so operators don’t have to reach all the way down the long arm to backtack.

These features greatly improve speed, ergonomics and control, especially on large, repetitive upholstery and automotive jobs.
