• The elevated work area makes it much easier to maneuver bulky or shaped pieces while keeping a clean, consistent stitch.

Unison Feed + Pneumatic Comfort (VS System)

• Unison feed walking foot system (bottom feed + needle feed + walking foot) keeps all layers moving together to prevent slipping, layer shifting and uneven stitch length on heavy materials.
• Equipped with a pneumatic presser foot lift, so the operator can lift the foot easily using the pedal/knee system instead of fighting a manual lever—great for thick, multi-layer assemblies.
• The VS (Vertical Stroke) system is also pneumatically controlled via the knee lifter, allowing you to adjust the vertical stroke of the walking foot quickly when changing material thicknesses.
• This reduces operator fatigue and makes transitions from thin to thick sections much smoother.
• Overall, the pneumatic footlift and pneumatic VS control make the SW1760L/VS much easier and more comfortable to use in real production, especially when switching between different thicknesses all day.
