The SPEEDWAY SW6-6D is a 3-needle 6-thread universal direct drive overlock industrial sewing machine — the most versatile machine in the Speedway SW6 series. By selectively engaging or disengaging needles and loopers, a single SW6-6D converts between three different stitch configurations: ISO 516 (5-thread true safety stitch), ISO 514 (4-thread mock safety stitch), and ISO 504 (3-thread overedge) — covering virtually every overlock requirement in a single workstation.

This makes the SW6-6D the ideal machine for sample rooms, alteration shops, custom workshops, design ateliers, small-batch production lines, and multi-product factories where switching between knit edge finishing, mock safety for apparel, and true safety stitch for denim/wovens needs to happen rapidly without dedicating a separate machine to each stitch type. Equivalent in configuration to the Jack E4S-6 universal, it shares the same Speedway SW6 Direct Drive platform with the SW6-3D, SW6-3D-32R, SW6-4D and SW6-5D.

Built around a fully integrated direct drive servo motor with a max sewing speed of 6,500 sti/min, the SW6-6D delivers smooth variable speed control across all three stitch configurations. The DC×27 (#11-#14) needle system handles light through heavy fabrics with industrial-weight threads. Complete with industrial fully submerged table and stand.
