Who qualifies for a business account?

Factories, upholstery and furniture shops, alteration studios, laundries, schools and training centers — any business or institution that uses industrial machines. You don't need to be a reseller; this program is built for the businesses that do the sewing.

Do I need an EIN or resale certificate to apply?

You'll need your Federal Tax ID (EIN) — that's how we validate your business. A resale or exemption certificate is only needed if you request tax-exempt status, and you'll send it to us by email during review. Questions? WhatsApp us any time. B2B accounts without a certificate simply pay regular sales tax.

I'm a reseller or distributor — is this for me?

Is there a minimum order or membership fee?

No fees and no monthly minimums. Business pricing starts on orders of 5 or more machines; smaller orders are always welcome at regular store prices, and you never lose your account in a slow season.

Does business pricing cover parts, needles and accessories?

Yes — your business pricing applies across the whole store, with even deeper discounts on accessories, parts and needles than on machines. One account covers everything your shop needs, and business accounts get priority on parts availability.

Do you accept purchase orders from schools and government?

Yes. We work with schools, universities, vocational programs and government agencies — send your purchase order or bid specs and we'll take it from there.

Do you ship business orders to Puerto Rico?

Yes, regularly, with support in Spanish. Freight to Puerto Rico is a flat $150, free on orders of $3,000 or more. Note that Puerto Rico's IVU is not collected at checkout — it's paid in Puerto Rico.

What warranty and service do business accounts get?

The same solid warranty as every Supra machine — 90 days mechanical and 12 months electrical, 18 months on Speedway — plus priority technical support from our own technicians in Miami, in English and Spanish.
