Yes — we assemble, calibrate and test-stitch it in Miami before shipping. To protect the machine during freight, the head ships detached from the table; remounting takes minutes and we can walk you through it by phone.

Sews like butter. I’m loving it so far. Only problem I have is lack of information on a manual and the fonts being so small to read. Also under the table seemed to be unfinished because it was grabbing my fabric while I’m sewing. Maybe just sand it down so that it is smooth enough that it won’t snag the fabric.
This sewing machine is my dream come true. It's so gorgeous and the speed is next level. The delivery was super fast and the customer service it was soo amazing. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an industrial sewing machine.
