Description
The Jack JK-797TDI-4-514-M03/333/KS/FR09E is Jack's most automated T-shirt neck and collar attaching system — a specialized small cylinder bed 4-thread overlock engineered specifically to eliminate the most labor-intensive operation in T-shirt production: collar attachment. Where traditional overlocks require skilled operators to align, gather, tension, and feed each collar by hand, the FR09E automatic platform handles all of it electronically — delivering perfect, consistent collars at production speeds with minimal operator intervention.
The integrated photocell automatically aligns each collar the moment it's loaded onto the cylinder arm and tensions it, while the touch screen control panel lets the operator save custom sizes for every garment style — recall any T-shirt size with a single button press. A dedicated motor on the upper feed allows programmable gathering that can be adjusted on the fly during sewing, eliminating the manual technique that historically separated good neck-attaching operators from great ones. Front and rear vacuum suction systems automatically remove fabric scraps and cut thread waste, keeping the work area clean and the operator focused.
Built on Jack's proven 797 small cylinder bed platform — 148mm cylinder bed head with 47mm arm diameter for tight tubular work — the JK-797TDI-FR09E delivers professional 4-thread mock safety stitch (Class 514) finish with the speed and consistency that high-volume T-shirt factories require.
Ideal for T-shirt neck and collar attaching at production scale, polo shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies with banded collars, baby clothing, and any tubular knit garment requiring automated collar/neck band attachment with consistent gathering and tension control.
