The JACK JK-T2284B is a single needle, drop feed zig-zag industrial sewing machine with both standard (1-step) and 3-step zig-zag capability — built for lingerie, swimwear, elastic attaching, and any application where a stretch seam has to move with the fabric instead of fighting it. The zig-zag width adjusts up to 8 mm, and a single knob sets the needle bar oscillation, so switching between a tight functional stitch and a wide decorative one takes seconds.

The 3-step zig-zag is what makes it a genuine elastic machine: instead of one long diagonal throw, the stitch is broken into three smaller steps per zag, spreading tension across more points. That keeps the elastic flat and the seam soft — no tunneling, no ridge, no snapped thread when the garment stretches. It is the stitch lingerie and swimwear production is built on.
