The JACK Z7-29100 is the double needle version of Jack's flagship Z7 AI walking foot platform — a heavy-duty compound-feed lockstitch machine that lays down two perfectly parallel rows of stitching in a single pass at a 3/8" (9.5 mm) needle gauge. Built for leather, upholstery, automotive interiors, and marine canvas, it pairs true triple-transport feeding with the same self-adjusting intelligence that sets the Z7 apart from every conventional double-needle machine in its class.

Its signature feature is the dual AI thickness sensor: the machine reads material thickness and resistance in real time and automatically adjusts motor torque, needle penetration force, and thread tension mid-seam — so when a car-seat seam jumps from two layers to six at a junction, the operator doesn't stop, adjust, or restart. The dual alternating walking feet and secondary auto-activating thread tension engage on detected overlap, keeping both needle rows clean and even across the whole assembly.

Power comes from an 850W high-torque direct drive servo motor driving an XXL 32 mm hook (73% more bobbin capacity than a standard 2× hook) for fewer bobbin changes on long production runs.
