SIRUBA 737L-504M-3-04/LFC-3 Single Needle 3-Thread Elastic Metering Overlock Industrial Sewing Machine – Complete Setup, Table & Stand Included

The SIRUBA 737L-504M-3-04/LFC-3 is a single needle 3-thread overlock from the 700L series set up for elastic attaching: it carries SIRUBA's LFC-3 mechanical elastic tape feeding device, which meters the elastic through a gear-controlled tension so the band goes on evenly around the whole opening instead of depending on the operator's hands. It is the machine for waistbands on underwear and briefs, leg openings on swimwear and leotards, and elastic edges on sportswear.

The 504M-3-04 subclass is the medium-weight 3-thread overedge with a 4 mm overedge width, 3-row feed dog and a differential feed ratio of 1:0.7 to 1:2 adjusted by lever, so the fabric can be stretched to the elastic or gathered onto it. The standard P216 presser foot handles elastic from 2 to 13 mm; the optional P217, P218 and WP219 feet extend the range to 20, 30 and 35 mm. With the feeder fitted the head is rated at 4,500 stitches per minute, with push-button stitch length and fully automatic lubrication.

It ships as a complete station: head assembled on a fully submerged industrial table with stand and a 550W energy-saving servo motor. SIRUBA's EC electric tape cutter and LFA/LS feeding options can be added later.
