SIRUBA 747KS-514M-3-24 2-Needle 4-Thread Cylinder Bed Overlock Industrial Sewing Machine – Complete Setup, Table & Stand Included

The SIRUBA 747KS-514M-3-24 is a high-speed 2-needle 4-thread cylinder bed overlock from SIRUBA's 700KS series. It takes the proven 700K overlock mechanism and puts it on a 148 mm cylinder arm, so tubular work that is awkward on a flatbed overlock — sleeve hems, cuffs, pant legs, children's garments and small openings — slides over the arm and feeds cleanly all the way around.

The 514M-3-24 subclass is the general-sewing configuration for medium-weight fabrics: 2 mm needle gauge, 4 mm overedge width, 3-row feed dog and a differential feed ratio of 1:0.7 to 1:2 adjusted by lever, which lets the operator stretch or gather knits on the fly. Stitch length is set by push-button, lubrication is fully automatic, and the head runs up to 6,500 stitches per minute.

It ships as a complete production station: head assembled on a fully submerged industrial table with stand and a 550W energy-saving servo motor. The optional VT side-suction thread chain cutter and RLK devices from the 700KS catalog can be added later.

SIRUBA RLK1 Tubular Extending Roller set — Siruba's roller kit for the 700KS and 700KST cylinder bed overlocks. The rollers mount in front of and below the cylinder arm and stretch a tubular knit piece forward and to the sides, so neckbands, waistbands and other tubular work feed evenly around the arm while the operator concentrates on guiding the fabric. RLK1 is the base version for the standard closed table and is part of Siruba's RSK circular collar and waistband attaching system. Sold separately and in stock at Supra Sewing.
