SIRUBA 747KST-514M-3-24 2-Needle 4-Thread Cylinder Bed Top Feed Overlock Industrial Sewing Machine – Complete Setup, Table & Stand Included

The SIRUBA 747KST-514M-3-24 is the top-feed member of SIRUBA's cylinder bed overlock family. It combines the 148 mm cylinder arm of the 700KS with a brand-new independent-drive top feed mechanism: an upper feed dog with its own drive that grips the top ply and moves it with the bottom ply, so multi-layer and slippery materials do not shift, pucker or walk on tubular work.

The top feed stroke is adjustable from 0.5 to 6 mm, independent of the bottom differential feed (1:0.7 – 1:2), which gives full control over how each layer is fed — matching plaids, keeping ribbing aligned, or easing one ply into another around a cuff. The 514M-3-24 subclass runs 2 needles and 4 threads with 2 mm gauge and 4 mm overedge at up to 6,300 stitches per minute, with push-button stitch length and fully automatic lubrication.

Choose the Standard head or the VT version, which adds SIRUBA's side-suction thread chain cutter (run from a suction motor or air compressor) to trim the thread chain automatically at the end of each seam. Both ship as a complete setup on a fully submerged industrial table with stand and a 550W energy-saving servo motor.

SIRUBA RLK1 Tubular Extending Roller set — Siruba's roller kit for the 700KS and 700KST cylinder bed overlocks. The rollers mount in front of and below the cylinder arm and stretch a tubular knit piece forward and to the sides, so neckbands, waistbands and other tubular work feed evenly around the arm while the operator concentrates on guiding the fabric. RLK1 is the base version for the standard closed table and is part of Siruba's RSK circular collar and waistband attaching system. Sold separately and in stock at Supra Sewing.
