The SIRUBA 757KT-516M-3-35/CT/DKKH1-0 is a high-speed 2-needle 5-thread safety stitch overlock from SIRUBA's 700KT top feed series, delivered with SIRUBA's own DKK direct drive servo motor kit and the CT flat-suction thread chain cutter. The 700KT adds a brand-new independent-drive top feed mechanism to the 700K platform: an upper feed dog with its own drive that grips and moves the top ply together with the bottom ply, with a stroke adjustable from 1 to 6 mm.

That positive top feed is what keeps plies from shifting on slippery, bulky or multi-layer seams and lets the operator match plaids and ease one layer into another, while the bottom differential feed (1:0.7 – 1:2, lever adjusted) stretches or gathers knits. This subclass runs 3 mm needle gauge and 5 mm overedge width with a 3-row feed dog, 6 mm presser foot lift, DC×27 #14 needles and up to 6,500 stitches per minute, with push-button stitch length and fully automatic lubrication.

The DKKH1-0 kit mounts a SIRUBA H-series direct drive servo motor to the head — no belt, faster response and lower consumption than an external clutch or belt motor — and the CT device pulls the thread chain into a trimmer tube by suction (suction motor or air compressor) so every seam ends clean without hand cutting. It ships assembled on a fully submerged industrial table with stand.
