The SIRUBA D007RB-460-02/AK9 is a 4-needle 6-thread feed-off-the-arm flatseamer: the machine that joins two plies edge to edge in a flat, bulk-free seam covered on both sides — the seam you see on athletic base layers, compression wear, seamless-look underwear and fleece. SIRUBA's minimum cylinder design puts the arm circumference at 150 mm at the needles, so small tubular work such as children's sleeves, leggings and underwear legs turns around the arm with room to spare.

The 460-02 subclass runs 4 needles at a 6.0 mm needle gauge with a 1.6–2.5 mm stitch length and a 1:0.7 to 1:1.5 differential feed, rated at 4,200 stitches per minute. The RB generation moves the drive inside the head: a built-in direct drive mini servo motor with the rotor fixed on the main shaft, no coupling and no belt, which SIRUBA pairs with patented dual needle guards for stable high-speed sewing and fewer needle or thread breaks. The presser foot mechanism is sealed with active oil supply and return for zero oil leakage onto the fabric, and the electric solenoid presser foot lifter and 5-level LED light are standard.

This unit is supplied with the AK9 device: a sensor-type electronic thread cutter that trims the chain automatically, plus an external-compressor waste suction set that pulls trimmings and chain away from the seam (an air compressor is required and not included). It ships assembled on an industrial table with stand.
