The SIRUBA DL7200-NH1-16 is a single needle direct drive lockstitch with needle feed, built in the heavy-weight (H) specification. In the DL7200 code the N stands for needle feed: the needle moves with the feed dog while it is in the fabric, so thick, layered or slippery plies are carried through together instead of the bottom ply running ahead — the classic answer to ply shift on denim, canvas and workwear seams.

The -16 function code means the machine comes fully automated: automatic thread trimmer, electronic reverse stitch, thread nipper that holds the needle thread at the start of the seam, and automatic presser foot lifter. Direct drive puts the motor on the head with no belt, and SIRUBA's computerized DL7200 platform uses stepping motors for trimmer, foot lift, stitch length and reverse, so forward and reverse stitches stay aligned and the machine runs quietly. The H specification takes DB×1 needles in sizes #18 to #21 with a 5 mm maximum stitch length, 5.5 mm hand / 13 mm knee presser foot lift and a sealed oil tank.

It ships as a complete setup: head with built-in motor and control assembled on a fully assembled industrial table with stand.
