The SPEEDWAY SW6-3D is a 1-needle 3-thread direct drive overlock industrial sewing machine engineered for edge finishing on light-to-medium apparel — T-shirts, blouses, knitwear, dresses, linings, and any application where a clean 3-thread overedge is needed without a second needle. Built around a fully integrated direct drive servo motor (no belt, no power loss, lower noise), the SW6-3D delivers a max sewing speed of 6,500 sti/min with smooth variable speed control.
This is the entry point of the Speedway SW6 Direct Drive overlock series, and pairs with the SW6-4D (2-needle 4-thread), SW6-5D (2-needle 5-thread safety) and SW6-6D (3-needle 6-thread universal) for shops that want a single platform across their overlock workstations.
The DC×27 (#11-#14) needle system handles light-to-medium fabrics, while the adjustable differential feed ratio of 0.7 - 2 prevents stretching or puckering on knits and lets the operator dial in clean gathers when needed. Complete with industrial fully submerged table and stand, ready for immediate production.
