The SPEEDWAY SW6-3D-32R is a 1-needle 3-thread narrow gauge rolled hem direct drive overlock industrial sewing machine engineered for delicate edge finishing on light fabrics — lingerie, blouses, scarves, chiffon, organza, silk, gauze, ruffles, and lightweight knit edges. Built around a fully integrated direct drive servo motor with a max sewing speed of 6,000 sti/min, calibrated lower than the standard SW6-3D to match the precision required for narrow rolled hems.
The "32R" gauge designation refers to the 1.6 mm narrow rolled hem configuration — the platform is set up with a narrow needle plate, narrow presser foot, and narrow stitch tongue so the overlocked edge rolls into a fine, professional rolled hem rather than the standard 4 mm overedge. It shares the same Speedway SW6 base platform with the SW6-3D, SW6-4D, SW6-5D and SW6-6D.
The DC×27 (#11-#14) needle system handles light fabrics with industrial-weight threads, while the adjustable differential feed ratio of 0.7 - 2 prevents puckering on slippery synthetics and lets the operator dial in clean ruffles on chiffon and organza when needed. Complete with industrial fully submerged table and stand.
