The SPEEDWAY SW6-4D is a 2-needle 4-thread direct drive overlock industrial sewing machine engineered for high-volume apparel production — T-shirts, knitwear, sportswear, blouses, dresses, uniforms, and light-to-medium woven garment seam finishing. Built around a fully integrated direct drive servo motor (no belt, no power loss, lower noise), the SW6-4D delivers a max sewing speed of 6,500 sti/min with smooth variable speed control.
This Speedway platform is a competitive direct drive option for shops upgrading from the legacy SW747e servo-belt configuration. The DC×27 (#11-#14) needle system handles light-to-medium fabrics with industrial-weight threads, while the adjustable differential feed ratio of 0.7 - 2 prevents stretching or puckering on knits and lets the operator dial in clean gathers when needed.
Complete with industrial fully submerged table and stand, ready for immediate apparel production.
