The delivery was flawless. The driver was great. We set the machine up and put it straight to work. I am using it in my alterations shop and so far it has been wonderful.
Sews like butter. I’m loving it so far. Only problem I have is lack of information on a manual and the fonts being so small to read. Also under the table seemed to be unfinished because it was grabbing my fabric while I’m sewing. Maybe just sand it down so that it is smooth enough that it won’t snag the fabric.
This sewing machine is my dream come true. It's so gorgeous and the speed is next level. The delivery was super fast and the customer service it was soo amazing. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an industrial sewing machine.
