JACK L5-12F Hurricane Industrial Vacuum Ironing Table 1200 × 800 mm (47.2" × 31.5") with Sleeve Arm

The JACK L5-12F Hurricane is an industrial vacuum ironing table with a 1200 × 800 mm (47.2" × 31.5") pressing surface — the compact member of the L5 family, for shops that need a full production pressing station in less floor space than the 1500 mm L5-15F.

Suction comes from a cyclonic vacuum motor instead of a conventional fan. JACK's Hurricane design cuts air resistance through the table by 50%, which raises suction by 20% and lowers energy use by 40% compared with fan tables. The vacuum pulls steam through the garment and holds the fabric flat, uniformly across the whole board up to the edge, so pieces stop shifting and need less re-spreading. A foot pedal engages the vacuum instantly, and the 4-speed control panel lets the operator match suction to the fabric, from light knits to heavy coats.

The board is built in four layers: a nanotechnology cover, 2 mm high-permeability felt, memory foam and a martensitic steel frame. Steam passes straight through instead of pooling, so the surface stays dry and garments do not pick up water marks during long shifts. A vacuum sleeve arm is included. The table runs on 220 V; the steam iron and steam generator are sold separately.
