The JUKI MO-6814DD is the Direct Drive evolution of JUKI's industry-standard 2-needle 4-thread overlock platform. Built on the new MO-6800S series — successor to the legendary MO-6700S — this model replaces the belt-driven servo motor with a fully integrated direct drive head featuring an integrated control box and operation panel for quieter operation, faster start-up, and significantly lower energy consumption.

Engineered for high-volume apparel production, the MO-6814DD delivers clean 4-thread mock safety stitch seams (ISO 514) on knits, jersey, light to medium wovens, T-shirts, sportswear, and uniforms. Adjustable differential feed prevents stretching or puckering on stretch fabrics, while balanced looper/needle thread take-up keeps stitch quality uniform throughout long production runs.

Standard equipment includes a needle cooler and needle thread heat remover for cleaner sewing on synthetic fabrics, plus automatic lubrication for low-maintenance operation. The fully submerged industrial table provides a flush working surface ideal for high-throughput garment lines.
