The SPEEDWAY SW 800-13090XH-AB is the large-field member of the SPEEDWAY SW 800 CNC pattern sewing family. It stitches programmed patterns across a 1300×900 mm working area — more than three times the field of the 800×450 mm model — so full seat panels, mattress borders, large quilted sections and long webbing assemblies are sewn in a single clamped setup instead of being repositioned part by part.

It is built in the extra-heavy (XH) configuration for thick, dense and multi-layered material, and driven by a dual stepping-motor belt drive on both axes with a high-torque servo motor, so the needle follows complex paths at production speed without drift. The CNC control stores the pattern and repeats it identically on every piece, which removes the operator variation that shows up on long decorative runs.

The integrated automatic bobbin changer is what makes a field this size practical: on a 1300×900 pattern the bobbin runs out mid-cycle, and instead of stopping the run the machine swaps in a fresh bobbin case on its own. It ships as a complete CNC unit on its own workbench with casters, control panel, template frame and pattern conversion software.
