Description
Description
Send us your design and we turn it into a ready-to-load .SLW pattern for your CNC pattern (template) sewing machine. We size it to your sewing area, sew it on our own CNC template machine in Miami, and email you the .SLW file with a Supra Sewing data sheet that shows exactly where to load it.
Works with the SPEEDWAY SW 800 series, the JACK M5, M7 and M9, and any other pattern sewer whose controller loads .SLW files. Shops use it for quilted golf cart, boat and car seat covers, diamond and hexagon panels, logos and branded quilting, and any stitch path that has to come out the same on every piece.
How to order
- Choose whether you have a vector file or only a photo or scan, and how fast you need it.
- Upload your design in the form above the Add to cart button, pick your machine and type the finished size. That is all we need to start.
- Check out. If anything is unclear we email you before the clock starts.

Revisions and refunds
- Revision: one change on the same design is included (scale, origin, sewing order or stitch length). A new design is a new order.
- Refunds: this is a custom digital service. Once the files are delivered it cannot be refunded.
- Perforation + stitching: patterns that punch holes and then sew are available for machines with a perforation head. Ask us for a quote.
FAQ
What is an SLW file?
SLW is the pattern format loaded by CNC pattern sewing machines with a Xinghuo controller, including the SPEEDWAY SW 800 series. It holds every needle position, jump, thread trim and stitch length of the pattern.
Can you convert a DXF to SLW?
Yes. DXF is the format we prefer. We also take SVG, AI, PDF, PLT and DST, and we can redraw from a photo or scan for $25 more.
Will the pattern fit my sewing area?
We size and place it inside the sewing area of the machine you pick. If it does not fit, we rotate it or contact you before going on.
Is the file tested before I get it?
Yes. Every pattern is sewn on our own CNC template machine before delivery.
What is the continuous-sewing version?
A second file that links seams one after another so the machine cuts the thread fewer times. On a field of repeated motifs it can cut thread trims roughly in half. It is included at no extra charge.
Do you make patterns for golf cart, boat and car seats?
Yes. Diamond, hexagon and custom quilting for seat covers is most of what we digitize, including panels with a logo in the middle.
How do I load the file on my machine?
Copy the .SLW to a USB drive and import it from the machine panel. The PDF data sheet shows the origin and where sewing starts.
Do you make Juki (.VDT) or other formats?
Yes: .VDT for JUKI AMS pattern sewers and Dahao .NSP for JACK JK-T pattern sewers. Contact us for anything else.
