La SPEEDWAY® SW-335L es una máquina de costura de cama cilíndrica de una aguja de uso pesado con pie de arrastre triple diseñada para trabajo en cuero, tapicería, calzado, bolsas y cualquier trabajo curvo o tubular que una máquina de cama plana no puede alcanzar. Su sistema de arrastre unísono (aguja, pie de arrastre triple y diente de arrastre moviéndose en sincronía) proporciona puntadas uniformes y consistentes a través de materiales gruesos, estratificados y resbaladizos a hasta 2.800 PPM con hasta 8,0 mm de longitud de puntada y 15,0 mm de espacio libre bajo el pie; ensamblada completa con servomotor de ahorro de energía de 550W, mesa industrial, soporte y ruedas.

When it arrived the motor controller did not work, the replacement does work and works good. The thickest thread this machine can handle is kinda thin. It works good but I would prefer thicker thread. My heavy-duty singer uses this thickness of thread. This on will sew through thicker layers of leather though.

On thread: the SW-335L handles up to Tex 92, which is much heavier than most household heavy-duty machines are built for, and it's what lets it sew through thick leather layers so well. If your projects call for even heavier thread, a heavy-stitch machine designed for thicker thread would be a better fit, and we'd be happy to recommend one. At first, I had some doubts since I live in California and hadn't heard of them, but the detailed explanation and the work they showcase on social media gave me confidence, so I decided to buy from them. The machine is beautiful; it arrived fully assembled with all the separately purchased accessories included, and even came with a small test run already threaded—excellent customer service.

Appreciate the attention
First impressions: This machine was so easy to set up and get started. The delivery was fast. As a former machinist I have inspected the machine castings and moving components and am impressed with the quality and especially the value. The first test stitch was with two pieces of suede totaling about 8 oz using Tex90 thread and it didn’t even work hard and was fast and accurate.
Delivery was great, I had it sewing in a couple hours. There was a learning curve but I was really impressed after I learned how to do everything. I wish I had gotten the speed reducer but I ended up getting that from a competitor. Now that I have the SR, I can really turn out some professional looking belts and bags with plenty of power for thicker leather. I also modified my presser foot so that I can see exactly where the needle is going to stop. I love the machine, everyone that says it is barely ready for medium weight leather hasn’t sewn with the SR on it. Quality is there also. I have had this machine apart to tweak some minor stuff but right from the dealer it was way more than I expected.
My only real complaint and reason I didn't give 5 stars, is there is no manual. Nothing to tell me about tension, threading, speed, mode or anything. I have found a few videos online but nothing like the information I'd get from a manual like I have with my three other machines.
Upscaled my handbag making business! what a difference the big bobbin made, had old sw335, but this is much better feeling and quality, plus much more thread, same cylinder!
