Send us your design and we turn it into a ready-to-load Dahao .NSP pattern for your programmable pattern sewer or electronic bartack. We size it to your machine's sewing area, sew it on our own machine in Miami, and email you the .NSP file.
Made for the JACK JK-T1906GS-D, JK-T2210 and JK-T3020, the SPEEDWAY SW-1906GH, and other machines with a Dahao controller that load .NSP files. Shops use it for bartacks and custom tacking shapes, labels and patches, belt loops, straps and webbing, pocket and flap stitching, logos, and any stitch path that has to come out the same on every piece.

Before you upload: draw at full scale (1:1), one line per seam (no double lines, fills or shading), text converted to outlines, no dimensions or frames inside the file, closed outlines where a seam has to close, and mark any line that must NOT be sewn.

Revisions and refunds
- Revision: one change on the same design is included (scale, origin, sewing order or stitch length). A new design is a new order.
- Refunds: this is a custom digital service. Once the file is delivered it cannot be refunded.
FAQ
What is an NSP file?
NSP is the pattern format loaded by programmable pattern sewers and electronic bartacks with a Dahao controller, such as the JACK JK-T series. It holds the stitch points, jumps, thread trims and stitch length of the pattern.
Can you convert a DXF to NSP?
Yes. DXF is the format we prefer. We also take SVG, AI, PDF, PLT and DST, and we can redraw from a photo or scan for $25 more.
Will the pattern fit my sewing area?
We size and place it inside the sewing area of the machine you pick. If it does not fit, we contact you before going on.
Is the file tested before I get it?
Yes. Every pattern is sewn on our own machine before delivery.
Can you make a custom bartack shape?
Yes. Send a drawing of the shape and its size. On the 60 × 50 mm machines, keep the design inside that field.
How do I load the file on my machine?
Copy the .NSP to a USB drive and import it from the machine's operation panel.
Do you make other formats?
Yes: .SLW for SPEEDWAY SW 800 and JACK M-series, and .VDT for JUKI AMS pattern sewers. Contact us for anything else.
